I don’t know what it is, but ever since Emmy got sick on Wednesday her hair seems to have doubled in size.
I’ve tried to make it better by tucking it behind her ears, but well that just ticks her off, so I stopped doing that. We tried a hat today, and that quickly got yanked off and thrown. I don’t even dare go near her with a hair clip or head band. 
There’s been so much snot and coughing that I haven’t even touched my camera in days. I just couldn’t help but get it out for just a few quick photos tonight. I hope my little ones wake up feeling better tomorrow.
You would never know from this picture that she’s sick. She must have caught a sudden little energy boost, because this is not the Emmy we have seen for the last several days. It’s good to see that she’s starting to feel better even if it is just for a few minutes.
It sure didn’t take her long to crash again. It’s tough when you’re sick and want to play, but just don’t have the energy.
Who says you can’t dress up in the Mr. & Mrs. Potato head gear? Not Reagan…that’s for sure.
Emmy has always loved to wear the mr. potato head glasses. Usually she insists that I should wear a pair as well.
Usually the girls are fighting over which one of them gets to snuggle up with me. Emmy is the jealous type, so she wins out most of the time. It’s so cute to see them snuggle up together. It doesn’t happen that often, so I had ran for my camera and barely got the shot before Emmy took off again.
Emmy wasn’t about to let Rea be the only signer tonight. She grabbed the second set of headphones and pushed her way right up to the stand mic.
The girls love it when Wynn plays his guitar…especially if he’s in the office. The office has headsets and microphones, so they are in absolute heaven in there. They love to sing while he plays.
So, there I was eating some honeycomb cereal and going thru my pics from the school party today and when I came to this one. Rea looks so cute, but just look up to the little boy in the background. Seriously, I got choked on a piece of cereal! I guess the saying is true…you gotta go when you gotta go.
