I’m convinced that if there’s a bug, cold or virus Emmy is going to find it and bring it home. Poor little booger is sick again. She work up crying late last night. She was running a fever and threw up. Needless to say, we had a long night. She’s battled the fever all day today. I’m hoping she can sleep it off tonight. She hasn’t had much of an appetite today, but has drank a good bit of juice, so at least we have that in our favor.

Rea’s been having a problem with getting back up at night. While I was taking my shower, Wynn said she came downstairs and just stood and looked at him. He asked her why she keeps getting up. She said, “sometimes I need to pee, sometimes I need a drink, tonight I need to be tucked in.”

This is the first year that I’ve put my Halloween stuff out before Oct. 1st. Rea’s been so excited about it I figured why not. She bought the skull today at Walgreens. She saw it last week and loved it. I found it on clearance for $5 today, so I let her get it. If you get close to it, his eyes move and he says, “hey! where you going?” Rea thinks it’s hysterical. I wanted Rea to pose with our decorations, but she chose to do her dance. If you haven’t seen it, you are really missing out!

It’s hard to see but there’s a single tear running down Emmy’s cheek. Rea and I went out to turn on the Halloween pumpkins, and Emmy immediately burst into tears that she wasn’t invited as well. Of course, the crying was over the second we let her out to see what we were up to.

One of your more nontraditional poses…the reindeer.

Sometimes I think Emmy could survive on milk and cheese alone. The kid has an intense love for all things dairy.

We said our goodbyes to Summer and welcomed in Fall this evening by jumping on a leaf covered trampoline. What fun we had! Can’t wait to do it again. We’re all looking forward to the cooler weather, falling leaves, pumpkin picking, and all that Fall has to offer.

I have no idea why she decided to show off her feet. Cute pic though!

The girls were having so much fun that I had to hand off the camera for a minute and play too. Emmy likes for you to bounce her, but if you bounce to much, she’ll say stop. She will even jump up, point at you and yell stop. Trust me; I know.
