The girls had their first little cat fight tonight. It was so funny. Emmy was sitting on the floor chewing on a book. Reagan took it away from her. Emmy got mad and started crying. Reagan thought it would be a good time to get in Emmy’s face and laugh. Emmy didn’t appreciate it, screamed and swatted at her like a cat about 5 times. Rea jumped back quick! Pops, Wynn and I laughed so hard. Then, both girls got to laughing.

GranMimi gave Rea some great new dresses for her dress up trunk at home. Her favorite was this purple one. She is very excited about taking it home with us. Allie was dressed up at one point too, but ditched the dress fast when she saw me get out my camera.

Tracy was taking pictures of the girls, and Emmy quickly learned to smile really big when the red light blinked. Maybe I should get one of those for my camera.

Ever since Wynn brought home the dry erase board for the office, I’ve been drawing Reagan photos at night for her to find the next morning. Last night I drew Mickey Mouse’s head. She came home from school this afternoon and ran into the office and not only gave him a body, but drew Donald Duck beside him. She’s a smart little booger.

Now that’s a cute pilgrim! Rea was more of a modern pilgrim. Sure she had the black dress and the hair pulled back, but she also had to have brightly striped tights and red mary jane crocs this morning.

Let the Thanksgiving Feast begin! I snapped this group photo right before the big school meal. The kids had a great lunch. It’s wasn’t exactly like the meal the original pilgrims and Indians ate…they didn’t have sliced, deli turkey and macaroni and cheese, did they?.

How do you like Emmy’s cheese puff mustache?

Emmy woke up with a new hairstyle this morning. It stayed that way for hours too. Let’s just hope she doesn’t wake up with another one after nap.

Emmy loves to look out the back door, so every morning we pull the blinds up for her. She’ll fit for the longest just looking out. She really likes it when Tootsie comes up to the door and looks back at her.

I was cutting through behind our neighborhood the other day, and the road I was on was so pretty. I loved the tree canopy going across the road. Of course, it would have been better before we lost a lot of the fall leaves, but I still love the end result. I used a new editing technique to give it an aged look. In case you’re wondering what Emmy’s doing, she very perplexed by her new shoes. She’s not a fan.
