Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween!!!

Our little leopard is going to be on the prowl for candy this evening!  She’s got her costume, her candy bag, and has got the “trick-or-treat” thing down this year.  We’ll be leaving in a few hours to go to Arkansas, so that Reagan can hit up all the family for candy.  Fun, Fun, Fun!

Reagan loves any opportunity to wear her costume.  She was so funny as the dancing cat today.  I can’t wait for tomorrow to take her trick-or-treating!  smile

Rea’s dance class was given the option of wearing their Halloween costumes to practice today.  About half the girls wore costumes.  In this photo, you’ll see that Reagan just could not resist Madison’s witch hat, and you can also see that Madison’s about to take it back.

lying around.  Reagan is suppose to be standing on her “special spot” and practicing her dance routine for the Christmas recital.  Based on today’s practice, I’m almost certain that Rea is going to be the dancer that makes everyone laugh.  I do give her credit for at least lying by her “special spot.” smile

I was cooking today, and Reagan decided she wanted us each to wear our aprons.  She quickly put hers on and gave me mine.  She played in the kitchen for a little while, then went running around the house.  A few minutes later, she comes running back thru with her apron on her back as a cape.  The whole time she’s yelling “superman!” I guess we’re really getting close to the dress up phase.  smile

50 days till baby

I had a doctor’s appointment today, and we’ve set the delivery date for Tuesday, December 18th!  So that means that 7 weeks from tomorrow Reagan will get to meet her new little sister.  Wynn and I can’t wait for her to get here.  We can’t help but wonder if we’ll have another little red head on our hands, or if we’ll get a little brunette or blond this time.  smile

I guess 2 fall festivals in one day were a little too much for little Rea.  One minute she’s sitting next to Wynn just a doodling, and the next minute I look over to find her sound asleep with doodle pen still in hand.  That’s when you know you’ve played hard and had a lot of fun.  smile

Here’s Rea climbing out of the bounce house at the neighborhood fall festival.  It wasn’t as nice as the one this morning, but she had fun anyway.  She discovered the duck pond, and of course, tried to go swimming with the ducks.  Luckily she was wearing her crocs so she didn’t ruin her shoes.  She also discovered cotton candy, which believe it or not she hated.  You should have seen the little sticky, melted mess she handed back to me.

Here’s Reagan waiting for all the other kids to climb aboard so they all can go for their train ride.  Reagan also got to play in bounce houses, play games and see a petting zoo while we were at the festival this morning.  We actually have another festival in our neighborhood this afternoon, so there’s no telling what she’ll find to get into at that one.

We took Reagan to the Fall Festival at church this morning.  Her favorite activity was the train ride.  She wanted to ride it over and over and over.  She’s in the letter D car in this photo.
