when you have a Reagan at home? Not only do you get in cardio from chasing after her all day and all the trips up and down the stairs, but you can also use her for weight training. Plus for added resistance and coordination training, she bounces around during your bench press reps. 
Reagan just can’t figure out how to pedal her tricycle yet. She can go backwards, but not forwards, so we get stuck pushing her everywhere. I told Wynn to give her a good push so maybe she could figure out how to move her feet. Well, he gave her a good push and 2 seconds later we had our first crash. Reagan decided to take a hard left, and ended up on the concrete with her bike on top of her. So she’s just lying there, and yells out, “I’m ok!” As her parents we hate to see her hurt, but I must confess we both laughed a little. She did get a little bump on the head and a little “road rash” on her elbow. I guess next time I need to make sure she’s wearing a helmet and elbow pads before I tell Wynn to give her a good push.
We were all loaded up to go the park to play, when it started raining a little. Rea was devastated, so we got out her tricycle and bubbles and let her play on the front porch. She’s really getting good at catching bubbles.
Connor just hates to be splashed while in the pool, so Reagan thought it would be fun to spray him down with the water hose. Needless to say, Connor could not get out of the pool fast enough. Reagan didn’t care; she just kept on spraying him.
We’re keeping Connor this evening so Chris and Erin can go out and celebrate their anniversary. The kids must have really been hungry because they both camped out in the middle of the kitchen as I was cooking. You should have heard all the little hunger shrieks; they sounded like a couple of little pterodactyls.
Reagan loved her first time on the swingset this week. This video is grainy but still funny to hear her giggle..
This picture just makes me laugh. I’m not sure what you call it, but there’s a big circle at the park that spins. Reagan’s too little to ride on it sitting up, so we had her lie on her belly and hang on tight as Wynn spun her around and around. She thought it was so funny!
Now here’s the big smile that was missing from the “swing off” photo. I’m sure the swings are going to be a new favorite at the park now.
Reagan just loves the “big kid” swings at the park. Today she had a little swing off with Daddy. I’m not sure if there was a winner, since Wynn would get off to give her another push. I like that in the photo Wynn’s all smiles, but Reagan is all serious. Now that’s a face for competition.
